At Klerko, we stand behind the quality of our products and the comfort of your pets. We offer a 60-Day Happiness Guarantee to ensure your complete satisfaction.

1. 60-Day Performance Guarantee

If your 360Paw™ dental brush arrives damaged or fails to perform as described, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement within 60 days of delivery.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in our quality control, but if your item arrives damaged during transit:

- Please take a clear photo or video of the damage and the packaging.
- Email our support team at klerkosupport@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will expedite a brand-new replacement to you at no additional cost.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or are missing a component:

- Contact us with a photo of the received item.
- We will send the correct item or missing parts immediately.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

- US Orders: If your order has not arrived within 45 days of departure from our warehouse, we will issue a full refund or resend the item.
- Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure the fastest resolution, please do not send items back to the address on the packaging.

1. Contact klerkosupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Our team will provide you with the correct return instructions.
3. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition.

6. Order Cancellations

Because we aim for the fastest delivery, orders are processed into our fulfillment system within 12 hours. Cancellations must be made within this 12-hour window. Once an order is processed by our warehouse partner, it cannot be canceled.

7. Exclusions

To maintain our high health and safety standards for all pets, we cannot accept returns for:

- Products damaged by pet chewing or improper use.
- "Change of mind" returns on items that have been used by a pet (for hygiene reasons).
