We are proud to offer Fast Insured Shipping on all orders within the United States.

• Processing Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery Estimate: Once dispatched, your Klerko fan will typically arrive at your door within 3–5 business days.

2. Shipping Rates

• Standard Insured Shipping: Free shipping.

• Note: All shipments include comprehensive insurance. If your unit is damaged during transit, we replace it at zero cost to you.

3. Real-Time Tracking

The moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your pet's cooling solution every step of the way via our [Link to Tracking Page].

4. Warehouse Location

To ensure the fastest possible delivery during peak heatwaves, we fulfill all orders from our dedicated US-based logistics centers.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we aim for the fastest possible processing times, order changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the fulfillment phase, it cannot be modified.
